What this layer shows
Flood plains formally designated by ordinance under § 76 WHG, usually for the 1-in-100-year flood. Within them, allocating new development land is in principle prohibited (§ 78(1) WHG) and any structure requires consent. It is the hardest water-law restriction a scheme can meet.
