What this layer shows
A Saxon peculiarity: areas in the catchment upstream of the flood risk where sealing, woodland conversion and ploughing of grassland require consent under § 76 SächsWG. They lie where the water is generated, not where it arrives: so a scheme can be caught by water law while sitting kilometres from the nearest flood plain.
