What this layer shows

The périmètre de remembrement urbain is adopted by the Walloon Government to allow the reconfiguration of an existing urban ensemble. Inside the perimeter, the permit is issued by the fonctionnaire délégué (art. D.IV.22, 10°) and the property may be subject to a right of pre-emption (art. D.VI.17, 11°). The perimeter is adopted for operational reasons, independently of the plan de secteur and of the guides; any derogations fall under the general regime of article D.IV.13. It is therefore as much a flexibility as a constraint, since the project must fit within the planning approach adopted for the perimeter.
