What this layer shows
Chapter of the guide régional d'urbanisme devoted to accessibility for people with reduced mobility. It retains regulatory force and is binding on buildings open to the public or in collective use, which is decisive for a commercial or mixed-use project. It covers the whole of Walloon territory: its presence is a reminder of the applicable rule, not a finding specific to the site.
