Schéma de développement du territoire (SDT)
What this layer shows
The schéma de développement du territoire defines the regional planning strategy and sets, among other things, the objectives for refocusing urbanisation. It is indicative within the meaning of the CoDT: it guides decisions without binding them. It is divided commune by commune and covers the whole of Walloon territory, so its presence on a site is not a finding specific to that site.
