Anciens règlements communaux d'urbanisme (RCU)
What this layer shows
The règlements communaux d'urbanisme adopted under the CWATUP govern materials, massing and siting within a defined municipal perimeter. The CoDT has transposed them into the regime of guides communaux d'urbanisme, so they continue to frame the handling of permits in the territories concerned. Check with the commune which version applies, as some of these regulations have since been replaced.
