What this layer shows

The schéma d'orientation local sets out in detail the planning of part of the municipal territory and replaces the former plans communaux d'aménagement, which have lost their regulatory force. It has indicative value: the authority may depart from it with reasons given, It has indicative value: it applies to the guide communal d'urbanisme, to permits and to certificats d'urbanisme n° 2 (art. D.II.16, §5), and the authority may depart from it subject to the statement of reasons provided for in article D.IV.5.. Some of the perimeters carry no title of their own and are identified only by the document type, and perimeters marked as draft have not yet been adopted.
