What this layer shows

Perimeter in which a public authority holds a right of pre-emption over sales of buildings. The seller must give notice of the intention to transfer and the holder of the right may take the place of the buyer, which directly affects how a property transaction proceeds. The perimeter is adopted by the Walloon Government (art. D.VI.17 and following of the CoDT); the order is cited with each feature.
