Areas within which a recht van voorkoop applies or has applied, arising from article 2.4.1 of the Vlaamse Codex Ruimtelijke Ordening. Where the right is in force, the beneficiary authority can acquire the property in priority when it is sold, at the agreed price. The layer expressly also contains expired rights, so check the phase and the phase date of the file before you assume that a right is still running.
