Permis de lotir (lotissements)
What this layer shows
The permis de lotir divides a plot into lots and sets for each of them the siting, the massing and the easements; it has regulatory force (art. 105 of the CoBAT) and its prescriptions remain enforceable as long as it has not lapsed, been amended or been repealed, in particular by a PPAS or a PAD. The file is identified by its address and its reference, and the final status says whether it was granted, refused, lapsed, annulled or is still being processed. A permit that has been refused, has lapsed or has been annulled is not a constraint: read this field before concluding.
