The register van plancompensaties indicates where a change of land use designation may give rise to planbaten, planschade, kapitaalschade or gebruikersschade. The publisher states expressly that the register has only an informative and indicative meaning: it is not itself the instrument that establishes a levy or a compensation, and no rights can be derived from the map. The parcels are often very small, so read the old and the new designation together with the underlying file.
