Bestemmingszones van ruimtelijke plannen (DSI)

What this layer shows

The zoning areas (bestemmingszones) from gewestplannen, BPAs and RUPs as included in DSI, the Digitale Stedenbouwkundige Informatie platform of the Departement Omgeving. Each zone carries its own stedenbouwkundig voorschrift, which determines what can be permitted; the zones are named after their designated use and carry the plan as a subtitle. The layer also contains provisionally adopted plans, which are not yet in force, so read the phase alongside. The gewestplan zones have been declared usable by the publisher only at medium scale, with a maximum scale of use of 1:10,000: do not lay them on a parcel boundary. No rights can be derived from this map and not every municipality has digitised its plans yet, so request the legal planning context of a parcel from the municipal urban planning department.
