What this layer shows
Immovable property protected as a monument by decision under the Onroerenderfgoeddecreet. For works that do not require an omgevingsvergunning, a toelating from the agentschap Onroerend Erfgoed is needed; where an omgevingsvergunning is required, the agency's binding advice takes the place of that toelating. The holder of the real right is bound by the actiefbehoudsbeginsel and the passiefbehoudsbeginsel. The beschermingsbesluit sets out the requirements that apply to this monument.
