Patrimoine classé ou protégé
What this layer shows
Register of the protected immovable heritage, kept by the Direction du Patrimoine culturel under the CoBAT: listed properties, properties entered on the safeguard list or subject to a protection procedure. Any act or works on a protected property falls under the permis unique, issued by the fonctionnaire délégué on the binding opinion of the Commission royale des Monuments et des Sites. An open procedure already produces all the effects of protection (art. 236 of the CoBAT): do not set it aside because it has not been closed.
