What this layer shows
Buffer zone surrounding a Brussels property inscribed on the World Heritage List; these properties are moreover classified as monuments or sites and enjoy regional protection on that basis. The perimeter is defined at the time of inscription and validated by the World Heritage Committee. The forêt de Soignes, inscribed under the primeval beech forests, does not appear in this layer.
