What this layer shows

Monument classé under the Code wallon du Patrimoine. Since 1 June 2024, any act or works on a classified property, other than simple maintenance, require a prior autorisation patrimoniale from the heritage service (AWaP), to be obtained before any application for a permis d'urbanisme (art. D.34 of the Code wallon du Patrimoine); the owner must keep the property in good repair (art. D.23). The title reproduces the exact wording of the arrêté de classement, which is often long and lists the protected parts.
