Zones de protection du patrimoine classé
What this layer shows
Perimeter established by the arrêté de classement around a protected monument, ensemble, site or archaeological site, whose limits are set according to the requirements for protecting the setting (art. 228 of the CoBAT). Within the zone, any act or works liable to alter the views towards the property or from it is submitted for the opinion of the CRMS and of the commission de concertation (art. 237). The name displayed is that of the protected property and not that of the zone: the polygon represents the setting, not the monument.
