Règlements d'urbanisme zonés et prescriptions de périmètre

What this layer shows

A règlement d'urbanisme zoné sets, for a defined perimeter, prescriptions more precise than those of the règlement régional d'urbanisme. It may be adopted by the Region or by the commune, and a municipal règlement supplements the RRU without being able to depart from it, the RRU ranking above it. A permit issued within the perimeter must comply with both. The layer does not contain only zoned règlements: it also holds other perimeter instruments, such as conventions or conditions of sale, whose purpose has to be read case by case.
