Plans Particuliers d'Affectation du Sol (PPAS)
What this layer shows
The PPAS is the municipal plan that refines and supplements the PRAS at the scale of one or more blocks. It is binding and has regulatory force in all its provisions, and any permis d'urbanisme issued must comply with it. The layer is a register of procedures and not the sole collection of the plans in force: it also contains plans still being drawn up and total or partial repeals. Read the type of procedure, the decision and the date of the arrêté before concluding that a plan applies.
