Vastgesteld bouwkundig erfgoed
What this layer shows
Buildings included in the vastgestelde inventaris van het bouwkundig erfgoed. A vaststelling is not a protection and does not prohibit demolition, but it imposes a duty of care on public authorities for their own works, and for a permit for demolition or felling the permitting authority must state how it took the heritage values into account (art. 4.1.9 and 4.1.10). The buildings often carry a type name such as burgerhuis or stadswoning, so identify the right building by its address.
