Buildings included in the vastgestelde inventaris van het bouwkundig erfgoed. A vaststelling is not a protection and does not prohibit demolition, but it imposes a duty of care on public authorities and makes a justification compulsory for permit applications, demolition included. The buildings often carry a type name such as burgerhuis or stadswoning, so identify the right building by its address.

The immovable heritage as the agency publishes it: beschermde monumenten, stads- en dorpsgezichten and cultuurhistorische landschappen, the vastgesteld bouwkundig en landschappelijk erfgoed, overgangszones, Unesco core and buffer zones, beschermde archeologische sites, vastgestelde archeologische zones and the CAI observations. Erfgoedlandschappen and landschapsatlasrelicten are included.
