What this layer shows

The PRAS is the regional land-use plan, adopted by the Government arrêté of 3 May 2001. Its prescriptions are binding and have regulatory force: they set the permitted land uses and every permis d'urbanisme must comply with them. Zones carry the name of their land-use class and not a proper name; only the zones d'intérêt régional are named individually. The zoning does not cover the whole of the regional territory, roads in particular being absent from it: the absence of a zone at an address does not mean the absence of a rule.
