Plans d'Aménagement Directeur (PAD)
What this layer shows
The PAD sets the planning orientations for a strategic perimeter and includes a regulatory part adopted on the basis of the CoBAT. Where it is approved, that part is binding on permits and repeals conflicting provisions of the PRAS, of PPAS and of planning regulations. Not all the perimeters shown here are approved: some are still being drawn up and then have no binding force. Read the status and the approval date before drawing a conclusion.
