What this layer shows
The building zones of every municipality, brought together by the ARE from the cantonal land-use plans and harmonised by main use: residential, employment, mixed and centre zones, zones for public uses and others. The harmonisation serves an overview and the building-zone statistics; only the municipality's approved land-use plan is legally binding, and for a parcel the extract from the ÖREB cadastre is what counts.
