What this layer shows
These perimeters identify land whose value has increased following a revision of the plan de secteur and which is, on that basis, subject to the taxation des bénéfices résultant de la planification. This is a regional tax created by the CoDT (art. D.VI.48 and following), payable on transfer of the property by notarial deed or on obtaining a permit made possible by the revision. It is worth flagging to seller and buyer alike, because it appears in no other planning layer.
