Plan de secteur — Périmètre d'intérêt paysager
What this layer shows
The périmètre d'intérêt paysager is a protection perimeter entered as an overlay on the plan de secteur (art. D.II.21, §2, 3° of the CoDT). It is aimed at the protection, management or planning of the landscape: acts and works subject to permit can be authorised there only if they contribute to that protection, management or planning (art. R.II.21-7), which leads the authority to examine the siting, the massing and the materials with particular attention. These perimeters have no proper name: they are identified by their designation type and are distinguished by their area and their location.
