What this layer shows
Surface water bodies designated under the Water Framework Directive and managed by Rijkswaterstaat, shown here as polygons. Objectives for ecological and chemical status apply to each water body: an intervention may not cause that status to deteriorate and may not jeopardise the achievement of the objectives. This layer contains only the rijkswateren, not the regional water bodies of the waterschappen.

Not every waterschap supplies every layer, so an empty result is no proof that no zoning applies.
