What this layer shows
The river bed of the major rivers as the Omgevingsregeling delimits it. Building, raising or digging in the river bed is a restriction-zone activity that as a rule needs an environmental permit from Rijkswaterstaat. The exact rules are in the Besluit activiteiten leefomgeving.
