What this layer shows
Point natural monuments: individual trees, groups of trees, glacial erratics, springs. They are as strictly protected under § 28 BNatSchG as the areal ones: removal and alteration are prohibited. Because they are held as points, the map says nothing about the crown or root zone, which is protected with them in individual cases.
