Moorlandschaften von nationaler Bedeutung
O que esta camada mostra
Mire landscapes of particular beauty and national importance under Art. 23b NHG and the Mire Landscapes Ordinance, protected since the 1987 Rothenthurm initiative by Art. 78 para. 5 of the Constitution. Unlike the mires themselves, shaping and using the landscape is allowed where it does not conflict with preserving the features typical of the mire landscape (Art. 23d NHG): in particular agriculture and forestry, maintaining lawfully built structures, and measures to protect people from natural hazards.
