What this layer shows
Rijksbeschermde groenaanleggen are gardens, parks, country estates and cemeteries designated as a rijksmonument. Interventions in the layout, including felling, hard surfacing and earthworks, may therefore require an omgevingsvergunning voor een rijksmonumentenactiviteit. Note the boundary: most of it is indicative and only the smaller part has been established by decision and therefore has legal status, so when in doubt assume an indicative boundary and check the aanwijzingsbesluit.
