Zones d'accélération des EnR — éolien terrestre
What this layer shows
Acceleration zones adopted by the prefectoral referent for onshore wind (APER law, art. 15; art. L. 141-5-3 of the energy code), from the national renewables mapping portal. An acceleration zone neither authorises nor forbids anything: outside one, a project committee is mandatory above the capacity thresholds set by decree no. 2023-1245 (art. L. 211-9 of the energy code).

Renouvelables
The constraints analysis of a wind or solar project: acceleration zones and excluded zonings (APER law), existing farms and turbines, high-voltage lines, nuclear installations, with Natura 2000, ZNIEFF and wetlands for the environmental stakes.
