Heilquellenschutzgebiete (Sachsen)
What this layer shows
Quantitative and qualitative medicinal spring protection areas under § 53 WHG. They are often much larger than a drinking water protection area because they secure the whole catchment of a state-recognised medicinal spring, and they bite on civil engineering and boreholes as well as on land use.

Wasser und Hochwasser
The water-law side of a site: drinking water and medicinal spring protection areas with their zones, designated flood plains and flood hazard maps, Saxony's flood-generation areas, and the bathing waters. A flood plain designated under § 78 WHG is the hardest restriction a scheme can meet.
