Kataster der belasteten Standorte (Punkte)
What this layer shows
Polluted sites a canton keeps in its register under Art. 32c USG only as a point, because their extent has not been recorded. Legally the same rules apply as for the areas: selling or dividing a parcel with a registered site needs permission (Art. 32dbis para. 3 USG). Included: the cantons of AG, AI, AR, BE, BL, BS, FR, GE, GL, GR, JU, LU, NE, SH, SO, SZ, TG, TI, UR, VS, ZG and ZH, where they keep points. For the canton of Graubünden's data: “No warranty is given as to the correctness, accuracy, currency or completeness of the published information.”

Building and planning
The rules a building project meets first: building zones, primary and overlay land use, planning zones, noise sensitivity levels, crop rotation areas, static forest boundaries and river space, national road building lines and aerodrome safety zones, polluted sites, ISOS and IVS. For a parcel, the ÖREB cadastre remains what binds.
