Zones inondables — Débordement, scénario extrême
What this layer shows
Area liable to be flooded by watercourse overflow under the extreme return period scenario, mapped under Directive 2007/60/EC. It corresponds to a rare event and constitutes the upper limit of current regulatory mapping; the floods of July 2021 exceeded these extents locally, which therefore do not cover every possible event. The extents carry no proper name: they are identified by the scenario.
