What this layer shows

Physical constraints from rock-face collapse and falling blocks. The major-constraint perimeters mark the area where this risk is significant: a major geotechnical constraint within the meaning of article D.IV.57 of the CoDT, where a permit may be refused or made subject to special conditions. The steep faces and rock outcrops locate the faces themselves. Each polygon is titled with its category.

Constraints

What a consultancy or a notary checks first in Wallonia: Natura 2000 and its unités de gestion, reserves and Ramsar sites, plan de secteur and additional prescriptions, flood zones and karst, abstraction points, listed properties and remarkable trees, pre-emption, sites à réaménager and Habitat Permanent. The other municipal instruments and the rest of the water have their own set.
