Parcs nationaux de Wallonie
What this layer shows
Perimeter of a national park recognised by the Walloon Government on 8 December 2022, at the end of the call for projects launched in July 2021. That recognition creates no prescription specific to the perimeter: the rules applying to the land remain those of the plan de secteur, of Natura 2000 and of the reserves it contains. It is therefore context, not a constraint.

Constraints
What a consultancy or a notary checks first in Wallonia: Natura 2000 and its unités de gestion, reserves and Ramsar sites, plan de secteur and additional prescriptions, flood zones and karst, abstraction points, listed properties and remarkable trees, pre-emption, sites à réaménager and Habitat Permanent. The other municipal instruments and the rest of the water have their own set.
