What this layer shows
Relicts from the landschapsatlas that have been established as an inventory by decision. A vaststelling is not a protection, but it imposes a duty of care on public authorities and makes a justification compulsory for permit applications. Treat this, therefore, as a mandatory assessment element in the file and not as a building ban.
