What this layer shows
Relicts from the landschapsatlas that have been established as an inventory by decision. A vaststelling is not a protection, but it imposes a duty of care on public authorities for their own works, and for a permit for demolition or felling the permitting authority must state how it took the heritage values into account (art. 4.1.9 and 4.1.10). Treat this, therefore, as an assessment element in the file and not as a building ban.
