What this layer shows
The parts of the speciale beschermingszones, limited to the groen- en bosgebieden within them, where a recht van voorkoop applies in favour of the Flemish Region, exercised by the Vlaamse Grondenbank. The outline follows Natura 2000 but does not cover it fully, and the meaning is different: this is about a right of pre-emption on sale, not about the passende beoordeling. Use the SBZ layers to assess your project and this layer only for the right of pre-emption.
