Demandes et permis d'urbanisme (NOVA)
What this layer shows
This register lists the applications and the permis d'urbanisme encoded in NOVA. A granted permis is a legal act that binds the property, but the layer also contains applications that were refused, annulled or still under examination: the status of the file must be read before drawing any conclusion. Files carry no name, they are identified by their address, their type of permis and their NOVA reference. The encoded description is sometimes written in Dutch in the French field.
