What this layer shows
NRW's merged flood zones from rivers and the sea: the map that decides whether a Welsh planning application needs a flood consequences assessment. 335,144 polygons; draws close in. NRW publishes rivers and sea MERGED, so this layer cannot tell you which source drives a zone, and therefore which TAN 15 standard applies; NRW's own flood map viewer splits them.
