ProDrawn as areasAppears from zoom level 10In the app's radius search
What this layer shows
SEPA's future coastal flood map: the medium likelihood extent, a 0.5% (1 in 200) chance in any year, under 95th percentile sea level scenarios ("2080 High Emissions", "2100 RCP 8.5"). NPF4's flood risk area is 1 in 200 plus a climate change allowance. A modelled scenario, not a site assessment.
