What this layer shows
Burnt-area perimeters recorded by the ICNF, year by year. The ten-year ban on changing land use on burnt ground (DL 327/90) was repealed by article 80 of DL 82/2021. The 25-year ban still stands for cork oak and holm oak stands run through by fire (DL 169/2001, article 4(a)). Always check the PDM (the municipal plan) and the municipal constraints.
