The boundaries of the legally binding development plans, project-related development plans and project and infrastructure plans in Brandenburg and the Berlin districts, recorded by the Joint Spatial Planning Department Berlin-Brandenburg. Where a plot lies within a development plan, whether a project is permissible follows § 30 BauGB. The layer shows only the outline; the content and any information come from the municipality alone.
