Zones vulnérables SEVESO
What this layer shows
Vulnerable zones around the SEVESO establishments that have been studied: the union of a zone where the probability of dangerous effects is between E-6 and E-5, or above E-5, and a precautionary zone of 50 to 200 metres. They take the risk of a major accident into account in spatial planning: a project inside one, especially housing or a building open to the public, may be referred to the SPW's major accident risk unit (Cellule RAM) for its opinion. Each zone's description gives the basis of its calculation.

Constraints
What a consultancy or a notary checks first in Wallonia: Natura 2000 and its unités de gestion, reserves and Ramsar sites, plan de secteur and additional prescriptions, flood zones and karst, abstraction points, listed properties and remarkable trees, pre-emption, sites à réaménager and Habitat Permanent. The other municipal instruments and the rest of the water have their own set.
