Périmètres de rénovation urbaine
What this layer shows
The périmètre de rénovation urbaine delimits a neighbourhood where the commune, with support from the Region, is carrying out an operation to improve the building stock and public spaces. It opens access to subsidies and often underpins a right of pre-emption, but of itself it creates no land-use constraint. The label shown is the name of the municipal programme, not that of a legal designation.

Planning
Everything the CoDT puts on the map: the plan de secteur with its overlays and its revisions, the regional and municipal schémas, the guides d'urbanisme, permis d'urbanisation, remembrement and rénovation urbaine, sites à réaménager, pre-emption and D.IV.22 perimeters. The set for a planner or an architect preparing a permit application.
