Présence de puits de mines
What this layer shows
A zone where the SPW's Directorate of Industrial, Geological and Mining Risks (DRIGM) must be consulted before any project, because of the presence of mine shafts recorded by ISSeP and SEROS from the mining plans held by the administration. A poorly backfilled old shaft can collapse. The SPW states that these zones are not exhaustive and change with its data; outside them, the administration holds no further information. The zones have no names: they are identified by the layer.

Constraints
What a consultancy or a notary checks first in Wallonia: Natura 2000 and its unités de gestion, reserves and Ramsar sites, plan de secteur and additional prescriptions, flood zones and karst, abstraction points, listed properties and remarkable trees, pre-emption, sites à réaménager and Habitat Permanent. The other municipal instruments and the rest of the water have their own set.
