What this layer shows
Official mapping of flood hazard from watercourse overflow and from runoff, adopted by the Walloon Government on 4 March 2021. The extents carry no proper name: they are identified by their hazard class (low, medium or high) crossed with the type of phenomenon (overflow, runoff or both). Land shown as subject to the hazard is not unbuildable as a matter of course, but the hazard must be taken into account in the examination of applications for a permis under the CoDT and may justify conditions there.
