A map of the areas that flood from a watercourse according to the VMM model, drawn up for the watertoets and for the duty to inform that has applied since 1 January 2023 on sale and on letting for more than nine years. The polygons carry no name. The source divides them into classes B, C and D, from a small probability under climate change to a medium probability, but supplies that class only as a numeric code without text, so the map shows all classes together; check the class itself with the source. If a parcel lies within one, that weighs in the watertoets, the advieskaart determines which water manager has to give advice, and on sale or long-term letting the duty to inform applies.

Ciò che uno studio di consulenza o un notaio verifica per primo nelle Fiandre: SBZ-H e SBZ-V con i loro sottositi, VEN e IVON, Ramsar, riserve naturali e natuurbeheerplannen, destinazione urbanistica e overdrukken da DSI, diritti di prelazione, patrimonio protetto e archeologia, terreni soggetti ad alluvioni, signaalgebieden e zone di protezione dell'acqua potabile. Il resto di acque, suolo, destinazione urbanistica e patrimonio ha una propria preimpostazione.
Acqua e suolo
La watertoets e l'obbligo di informazione: aree soggette ad alluvioni da fiumi, da piogge e dal mare, zone di rischio, overstromingsgebieden designati, terreni recentemente e naturalmente inondabili, protezione delle acque sotterranee e corpi idrici sotterranei, la Vlaamse Hydrografische Atlas, polders en wateringen, bekkens e acque di balneazione. Con in più i livelli sul suolo: le zone no regret PFAS, le zone a rischio radon e i siti di estrazione attivi.
