The schéma communal de développement commercial guides the siting of retail development across a commune's territory. The decree that governed it has been repealed: existing schémas remain applicable under the transitional provisions and count as a schéma de développement communal for the permis d'urbanisme referred to in article D.IV.4, alinéa 1er, 8° only. Where it conflicts with the schéma de développement communal, it is the more recent of the two that applies.
